Grand jury returns four indictments

The Lampasas County Grand Jury handed down indictments in its most recent term.

In a case presented by the Lampasas Police Department, Benny Ray Manning, 45, was indicted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, on June 3.

The Lampasas County Attorney's office handed down an indictment against Andrew Lewis Perrin, 43, for driving while intoxicated third or more, on Aug. 19.

Cases presented by the Lampasas County Sheriff's Department resulted in indictments of the following:

-- Betty Faye Alexander, 43, for misappropriation of fiduciary funds, on April 4, 1998.

-- Wesley Ray Nichols, 18, for indecency with a child, sexual contact, on Jan. 31.
