LHS tennis finishes fall season slate

The Lampasas tennis team closed out its fall team tennis schedule with a 16-3 loss at Dripping Springs on Tuesday.

The Badgers finished the fall season 5-14 overall and 2-5 in District 25-4A.

In boys' singles, Ryan Robles and Jesse Cox picked up wins, and Lillie Davis registered a victory in girls' singles.

Amy Johnson finished the season with the best record of any Badger at 21-14.

"This season, the players have improved," LHS head coach Kenneth Peiser said. "The more they play on their own and play matches, the more their confidence will increase heading into the spring season."
