Raub earns showmanship
Junior FFA member Braedon Raub returned from his cattle showmanship efforts last weekend with a new belt buckle and $1,815 in prize money.
Braedon, the son of Darryl and Mary Raub, participated in the LA MUNECA Futurity Cattle Show in Linn.
He took reserve champion Simbra steer and garnered $350 in prize money and a reserve champion belt buckle.
Additional monies were given for his third-place finish with his heifer and seventh overall in junior showmanship and junior judging.
