Pinch red pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
3/4 to 1 cup tomato catsup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons hot water

Hot dog buns
Blend vinegar and flour and combine with onions, seasonings, sugar and water. Pierce each frank 5 or 6 times with a fork and dip in sauce. Arrange franks in well-greased, large cooking pan or roaster and pour remaining sauce over them. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve from pan putting frank and some sauce on each bun
