Recent appointment David Buttery, formerly the Woodland Park, Colo., public worksdirector, has been named city manager by the Woodland Park CityCouncil. His hiring came after an extensive nationwide search to fillthe position. Buttery is the son of Lewis and Virginia Buttery ofLampasas.
