Greatness of our nation threatened

My, how fast things are happening! We know God is in control of all things, but we know we have to do our part as citizens of His kingdom.

We are all aware that our nation is in trouble in so many areas:

to legalize same-sex marriage?

to grant amnesty to 12 million illegal aliens?

to allow our soldiers to serve under a foreign commander?

to grant abortion on demand?

to allow pornography and drugs to spread across our nation?

to turn religious values into "hate crime"?

to remove God from our pledge, our currency and all public property?

to appoint liberal activist judges and block conservative judges?

to grant legalized gambling?

to lose our standard and guidepost, our sovereignty and Constitution to the North American Union and the North American Free Trade Agreement super highway (commonly referred to in Texas as the Trans-Texas Corridor), which would allow the flow of Communist Chinese goods and other foreign countries' goods from Mexico through the heart of our nation to Canada?

Yes, it is human nature to take our freedoms for granted and to think it cannot happen here. We have had it so good for so long. This adds one more to the list of "Where's": Where's the meat? Where's the fence? Where's the morals?

The greatness of our nation was handed down to us. Let us determine to pass it on to the next generation -- from this day forward.
