Law officials note recent slate of arrests

The following arrests have been reported by law enforcement officials.

Sept. 26

-- Linda Shuey, 48, of Lampasas for assault causing bodily injury. As of press time Thursday morning, she remained in the Lampasas County Jail.

Sept. 25

-- Jerry Norwood Hanna, 46, of Copperas Cove for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He made bond Thursday.

Sept. 24

-- James Worth Nesom, 50, of Buchanan Dam for driving while intoxicated and driving while license suspended. He bonded out the same day.

-- Roberta Lynn Nesom, 45, of Buchanan Dam for theft of service. Bond was posted the same day.

Sept. 23

-- Sontaya Pelletier Vrankovich, 19, of Copperas Cove for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He was still in jail Thursday morning.

Sept. 22

-- Joshua Dale DeLaCruz, 18, of Lampasas for purchase/furnish alcohol to a minor; no seat belt; and two counts of violating a promise to appear. He was still in jail Thursday morning.

-- Steven Maldonado Dimas, 55, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. He remained in jail as of Thursday morning.

-- Nicholas Darrell Harvin, 26, of San Antonio for possession of a controlled substance over one gram and under four grams. He posted bond on Monday.

-- Remedios Brione Alston, 22, of Copperas Cove for purchase/furnish alcohol to a minor. He bonded out Monday.

-- Andrew Edwards Bond, 22, of Llano for driving while intoxicated. He made bond the same day.

Sept. 21

-- Brian Lynn Avery, 29, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He was still in jail as of Thursday morning.

Sept. 20

-- Carol Harris Chambers, 43, of Lampasas for assault causing bodily injury. Bond was made the same day.

Sept. 19

-- Kathy Earlene Gill, 46, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. She was released from county jail after posting bond the same day.

Sept. 18

-- Holly Elise Ricketts, 42, of Harker Heights for forgery of a financial instrument. She made bond the same day.

-- Leon Williams Jr., 29, of Lampasas for computer security breach and criminal trespass. He posted bond Sept. 21.

Sept. 17

-- Mark Isaiah Boyd, 17, of Copperas Cove for theft over $50 and under $500, and false report to a peace officer. Bond was posted Sept. 18.

-- Richard Wayne McDaniel, 41, of Killeen for driving while intoxicated. He made bond Sept. 18.

Sept. 16

-- Jaime Rodriguez, 29, of Lampasas for violation of a protective order and public intoxication. He posted bond on Sept. 17.

Sept. 15

-- Julliann Nicole Maldonado, 24, of Lometa for resisting arrest, search or transport and possession of marijuana. She made bond on Sept. 17 and was rearrested Sept. 24 for possession of marijuana over two ounces and under four ounces. She remained in the county jail as of press time Thursday morning.

-- Adrian Ibarra Martinez, 28, of Lometa for resisting arrest, search or transport. He posted bond on Sept. 17 and was arrested again Sept. 24 for possession of marijuana over two ounces and under four ounces. He was still in jail as of Thursday morning.

-- Michael Price Vine, 55, of Lampasas for assault causing bodily injury. He posted bond the same day.

-- Rita Matthews Vine, 50, of Lampasas for deadly conduct, discharge of a firearm. She made bond the same day.

-- Erik Antonio Carrizales, 23, of Dallas for driving while intoxicated. He remained in the county jail on Thursday.

-- Dinah Louise Davis, 43, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. She made bond the same day.

-- Bennie Antonio Levine, 25, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana under two ounces. He was still in jail as of Thursday morning.

Sept. 14 -- Richard Ray Ellyson Jr., 22, of Copperas Cove for driving while intoxicated and accident involving damage. He made bond the same day.

-- Slade Aaron Earnest, 19, of Bryan/College Station for possession

of marijuana under two ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond.

Sept. 15.

-- Patricia Anne Cooper, 48, of Lampasas on a warrant for robbery. She was released Sept. 15 after making bond.

Sept. 13

-- Burley Wade Redwine, 31, of Gustine for driving while intoxicated, and warrants out of Lampasas and Kerr counties for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction.

-- Rebekahjoy S. Teed, 24, of Copperas Cove for possession of a dangerous drug. She made bond on Sept. 14.

-- Richard Douglas Best, 33, of Kempner for possession of marijuana under two ounces and driving while license suspended. He bonded out Sept. 14.
