Volunteers sought to make baby items

Stitches from the Heart needs volunteers to knit, crochet or quilt blankets and sweaters and hats for babies in need.

Items are donated to hospitals across the country. Patterns are available. Donated yarn is needed for seniors' and children's knitting programs.

Stitches from the Heart has donated thousands of handmade hats, booties, sweaters and blankets to more than 400 hospitals and charities around the country.
