Class reunion
The Lampasas High School Class of 1946 met Aug. 25 at St. Mary's Episcopal Church to celebrate the 61st anniversary of graduation. Those on hand for the celebration include, seated from left, Fannie Vann Hill, Fay Rathman Mullins, Bobbye Alexander Behlau, Charles Lancaster, Gilbert Meredith and Adeline Thornal Meredith; back row from left, Ted Roberts, Kenneth Scott, Elbertine Lively Ware, Fay Smart Crooks, Alice Robinett Turner, Freda Smart Cook, Nita Smith White, Jack Nobles, Joann McGuire and Dorothy Simon Shroyer. The flowers in the center were given by the family of Nelta Fay (Pete) Lewis, a classmate who died the day before the reunion.
