Agency on Aging offers program

Area Agency on Aging will present "Taking Control of Your Chronic Illness" beginning Oct. 1.

The program is a chronic disease self-management program for those with chronic disease and their caregivers.

Free to the public, it consists of six 2 1/2-hour sessions that meet each Monday from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Scott & White Memorial Hospital, 2401 S. 31st St., Temple.

Use the old "main" entrance to the hospital and proceed to room 531.
