Aglow International to gather

Aglow International, a Community Lighthouse will meet Monday at 7 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express in Lampasas.

Speaker will be Pastor Maggie McKinley from Hands of the Promise Ministries.

A pastor and evangelist, Mrs. McKinley received her salvation in 1981 while in the intensive care unit. The doctors had given up, and for six days, her husband, Jay, was told it would be her last.

Mrs. McKinley was discharged from the hospital within the following two weeks, which she attributes to "the miraculous power of God."

Also at the meeting, new officers will be installed, including Debra McCarther, financial secretary; and Becky Tompkins, administrative secretary.
