FB County Convention slated

The Lampasas County Farm Bureau's annual County Convention is Sept. 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the Farm Bureau Building.

Barbecue and beans will be furnished. Those attending are asked to bring a salad or dessert.

Speaker will be Don Brent, chief of public safety operations for the Lower Colorado River Authority.

During a short business meeting, members of the board of directors will be elected.

Delegates to the Texas Farm Bureau State Convention set Dec. 1-3 in Corpus Christi also will be elected.
