FFA potluck, meeting set

The Lampasas FFA's annual potluck, information and membership drive meeting is tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Lampasas High School cafeteria.

Parents and family members of all agriscience students and Junior FFA members are encouraged to attend for a time of fellowship and food. Program of work activities and projects will be initiated.

Lance Loerwald of Seitz Fruit and Meat Co. will be the "chef" for the evening. He will prepare food items that are part of the annual FFA food sales fund-raiser for Thanksgiving and Christmas delivery.

FFA members should bring a salad, vegetable or dessert items.

Annual membership dues will be collected at $12 for high school students, and $5 for Junior FFA members in grades three through eight.

LHS FFA T-shirts and caps can be ordered. They are designed by Reese Vann, chapter president and 2006-07 FFA Officer Team member.
