Lometa ISD trustees to meet on Tuesday

Lometa Independent School District Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the school library to consider appointing teacher appraisers for the new school year and nominate a director for the Lampasas County Appraisal District Board.

Other agenda items include bids for unemployment insurance, worker's compensation and purchase of a bus.

Trustees also will discuss the district's goal to reduce the LISD's annual electric consumption by 5 percent each state fiscal year for six years beginning this year.

Reports will be offered by principals, the campus II director and superintendent.
