Gilseth son

Maria and Jeff Gilseth of Lampasas are the parents of a son, Hunter Gene, born Aug. 8, 2007, at 6:41 p.m. at Darnall Army Community Hospital.

At birth, Hunter weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Grandparents are Paul and Maritia Blundell of Lampasas; Shan and Ramona Green of Brownwood; and Eugene Gilseth and Dawn Reynolds of Kempner.

Great-grandparents are Bess Lambert and the late Roy Lambert of Fort Worth; Peggy Blundell and Freda Gayheart, both of Kentucky; Obert and Evonne Gilseth of Copperas Cove; and Roscoe and Dottie Hamilton of Ohio.

Son for Stricklands

Justin and Amanda Strickland of Lampasas are the parents of a son, Collin Blake, born Aug. 20, 2007, at 2:11 p.m. at Georgetown.

At birth, Collin weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 19 inches long.

He joins a brother, Caden.

Grandparents are Linda and Barney Strickland, and Laura and Rusty Gholson, all of Lampasas.

Great-grandparents are Pat Champion of Lampasas, Joy and Barney Strickland of Dublin, and Monk and Shirley McKay of San Angelo.
