As this year begins to wind down and ushers in the holiday season, people already have begun planning ahead for next spring’s total solar eclipse.
The eclipse, dubbed the “Great North American Eclipse,” will pass over parts of Canada, Mexico and the United States. Lampasas County is expected to be directly in the path of totality during the event.
