Lampasas council to recognize Denim Day on April 27

In honor of National Sexual Assault Awareness Month, the Lampasas City Council proclaimed April 27, 2022 as Denim Day to show solidarity with survivors of sexual assault.
At a meeting of the council on April 11, Kim Kankel, volunteer/development manager of the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center in Marble Falls, spoke about the importance of Denim Day.
