Last Wednesday afternoon was a tough one for a group of 18 preteens. Inside the Lampasas County Higher Education Center, they were approached by Lampasas Police Department Lt. Investigator Charlie Boswell, who had a cup in his hand.
One by one, each of the youth held the cup. It was part of an investigation into who “stole the mascot” that was reported missing just days prior....
