Last week, the Jones Florist storefront got a facelift … and a new owner.
Heritage Funeral Homes now owns the longtime floral business and has renamed it Heritage Flower Shop.
Dr. James Mercer, co-owner of Heritage Funeral Homes, said the downtown store will be more community involved than any flower shop. The funeral director is a Lampasas native.
