People waved from their cars and honked outside the Lampasas Police Department headquarters on Friday to greet a famous holiday guest, the Easter bunny.
The community effort is a collaboration between the police department and Aware Central Texas, a nonprofit that works in child abuse prevention, and advocacy for survivors of family violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.
