The TSSWCB & ATSWCD, sponsors of the Conservation Awards Program, have named the 1894 Baxter Ranch to receive the Area 5 Conservation Rancher Award.
The ranch is a cooperator with the Hill Country Soil and Water Conservation District #534 and the local Natural Resources Conservation Service office.
