The Lady Badger softball team struggled out of the gate on Friday against the Jarrell Lady Cougars, falling behind 4-0 early.
They answered with five runs of their own to take the lead. The hits were highlighted by a basesloaded, bases-clearing triple from Aspen Wheeler.
From that point, the game went back and forth.
