The Lampasas tennis team played in a tournament in Killeen last week and competed with 15 other schools against some very stiff competition.
Allison Valdez/Luke Rogers had their best tournament finish so far, capturing second place.
“Each match they get a little stronger and play better together,” head coach Kenneth Peiser said.
