Although the city of Lampasas returned to Stage 3 conservation measures after the emergency water situation was resolved, the city of Kempner and KWSC customers remain under Stage 4 restrictions. Kudos to all who played a part in repair of the Kempner Water Supply Corp. transmission line that carries water to the residents of Lampasas. The work was completed well ahead of the anticipated repair window, and service seems to have been restored quickly to those who were without water.
