As a citizen of Lampasas County, I was very disappointed to find out that the judge who we elected to represent our 27th District (Debbie Garrett) is not covering all of her duties as indicated in her contract. As I understand, she is in charge of criminal, civil and family court for the 27th District, but she is not interested in doing the civil or family court, only the criminal court....
