Harold Raymond “Ray” Hollister Sr. was born on Feb. 3, 1925, at home in East Rush, Pennsylvania to Herman and Josephine (Pierson) Hollister.After residing in East Rush for over 96 years, Ray moved to live with his son in Lampasas, Texas, where he died peacefully on June 29, 2025.

Aaron Matthew Fussell died in a car accident on his 34th birthday, June 24, 2025. He was born on June 24, 1991, in Kerrville to Derrill Fussell and Phyllis Dowe.The family will greet friends and relatives at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas from 10-11 a.m. on July 1.

Hyman Izbicki of Lampasas lost his four-year battle with cancer on June 24, 2025.He was born on May 14, 1951, in Barletta, Italy, to Abraham and Rosa Izbicki.The family immigrated to the United States in 1956. They initially lived in Chicago and later settled in Sioux City, Iowa.
