Boys’ and girls’ golf teams heading to state tournament

    The Badger and Lady Badger golf teams both have qualified for the state golf tournament set for Kingsland next month. The boys as a team shot 340-330-670 over the two days of competition to finish third in the regional tournament in Huntsville last week. Peyton Spore led Lampasas, shooting 84-78162.
