Florists bloom for Valentine’s Day rush

    Valentine’s Day is one of the biggest events for florists in the United States. Flower orders seem to rise around the love-filled date, and local florists have planned accordingly to get ahead of the botanical boom.

    Jana Townsend, co-owner of The Shoppe on Key Avenue, said her business has been focused on this holiday for months.
