The Lampasas Middle School basketball “A” teams competed at their district tournaments last week, and one team came home as the district champion.
The seventh-grade “A” girls’ team won its first game of the tournament by a score of 22-14 over Marble Falls. Then they met Jarrell in the championship game, and LMS won that game 34-22.
