    The Lampasas City Council voted unanimously last week to approve two measures: a reduced speed limit at the entrance to Lampasas High School, and the final reading of an ordinance allowing for taller buildings within city limits.

    The council approved a reduced speed limit at the entrance of the high school campus at the request of the Texas Department of Transportation.
