The Badgers continued their road trip Tuesday night with a stop in Thorndale for a game against a 2A team that was state-ranked when the basketball season started.
A tough second quarter and fourth quarter ultimately cost Lampasas in the 58-44 loss. The Badgers were outscored 34-21 in those two periods.
Luke Shivers, with 13 points, and Ethan Moreno with 10 were the only guys in double figures.
