With the cooler weather in October, many community events are scheduled for area residents.
The Lampasas Fall Fest is Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the downtown courthouse square.
The Courtyard Square Association sponsors this annual event. Plant, gardening and craft vendors will be available. Various speakers also are being lined up to address garden topics.
