Lometa’s helipad, approved in June by the Lometa City Council, was recently installed and completed at the Lometa Regional Park.
Temple-based Gage and Cade Construction was selected to build the pad, with Ingram Concrete in Goldthwaite providing that material.
The pad is intended to increase safety for air-flight-necessary emergencies, as it provides a consistent landing zone.
