Lampasas closed out a three-game homestand when it hosted the Academy Lady Bees last Friday.
The Lady Badgers came up short after taking the first set, then losing the next three. Scores were 25-20, 9-25, 16-25, 20-25.
The loss took Lampasas’ overall record to 10-11.
Only four games are left in the non-district season, before district play begins Sept. 23 against Gateway at home.
