The battle for a seat on the Lampasas Independent School District Board of Trustees between candidates Harvey Stinnett and Kelsi Davis has unofficially come to an end. Preliminary numbers show a narrow victory for Stinnett.
The final vote count after Tuesday’s runoff election was 394 votes for Stinnett and 391 votes for Davis.
