Operation Longhorn Round Table to be held Saturday

    There will be an Operation Longhorn Round Table  from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, at the Lampasas County museum. Operation Longhorn was an 18-day military training exercise in the 1950s. 

    This exercise featured over 100,000 troops sent to “restore order” in town.
