A 2020 graduate of Lampasas High School is headed to Wyoming next month for the College National Finals Rodeo.
Victoria Procter, a sophomore at Texas A&M University, finished second in barrel racing in the Southern Region of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association.
In each region, the top three finishers advance to the national finals.
