Lady Badgers take district golf championship; boys finish second

    The Lady Badgers won the district golf tournament, played Monday and Tuesday, with a total score of 685. The girls shot 342 the first day and 343 the second day.

    The first round was played Monday at the Hancock Park course in Lampasas, and the second day the district competition moved to Squaw Valley in Glen Rose.
