    The Lady Badgers started their run at the Killeen softball tournament over the weekend with two huge wins, beating both Waco Connally and Florence 20-3 last Thursday. In their final game on Thursday, they lost to Killeen Ellison 12-5. Over the three games, Mia Maldonado went 4-7, Kali Hunter was 4-8, Harley Wakeman went 2-4, and Bre Quarles and Kayli Syx hit 3-7.
