The large crowd at the Badger Den Tuesday night erupted in cheers when the clock hit zero and the Badgers defeated the Glen Rose Tigers 72-69 in their second district contest of the year.
Lampasas went on a 9-2 run to close the third quarter and led by three, 55-52, going into the final eight minutes of the game.
