    The Lampasas County Commissioners Court held a workshop meeting last week to score the abatement and demolition bids for the East Fourth Street jail no longer in use. The Commissioners Court received seven bids from groups in Liberty Hill, Leander, Rockwall, Houston, Carrollton and two in San Antonio.
