The Lampasas tennis team ran into a very tough team in the second round of the playoffs last Friday, as Vernon beat the Badgers 17-1.
“Vernon has been a powerhouse in tennis for over 20 years,” Lampasas head coach Kenneth Peiser said. “Back in 2013, we played them in the regional finals and lost 8-10.
