Sheriff Jess Ramos has named former Sgt. Kodie Greenburg his chief deputy.
Ramos announced the news during the Lampasas County Commissioners Court’s meeting on Monday.
Greenburg succeeds George Mayben, who retired Jan. 31 after serving 12 years as chief deputy, Ramos said.
