Briggs Community Center Inc. presented a $1,550 Terry the Barber Scholarship to the Austin Barber College Roffler School of Hair Design. Donations to BCCI in memory of Reed will help create another “hometown barber.” The scholarship recipient will be a barber in Hutto, Reed’s daughter said.
