Due to the program’s popularity, “A Matter of Balance” classes will be offered again this month.
These classes will be held at the Lampasas Senior Center, 901 S. Live Oak St. and are open to the community. Brought as a partnership of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and the Area Agency on Aging of Central Texas, the classes are free, with no age or income requirements.
