The city of Kempner’s Trunk or Treat event, slated for Oct. 31, will be spookier and more candy-filled than ever before.
For the first time, this year’s event will be held at the Sylvia Tucker Memorial Park from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
In 2024, the Kempner City Council approved $15,000 in upgrades to the park that included more electrical outlets. City Manager Rebecca Ramos said Kempner is looking to grow it…
