A 27-year-old Burnet man is facing a third-degree felony charge for indecency with a child by exposure in an incident that occurred at Kline Whitis Elementary School on Aug. 28.
William Austin James was arrested in Burnet County on Sept. 3 by Burnet County Sheriff Office deputies in an investigation led by the Lampasas Police Department.
