    District 68 State Rep. David Spiller (R-Jacksboro) has introduced a bill that would require local law enforcement agencies to enter a memorandum of understanding with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.

    House Bill 2361 states that law enforcement agencies of a political subdivision shall enter into an agreement with ICE under Section 287 (g). The word “shall” makes it mandatory, not opt…
