Kempner City Council members spent the majority of Tuesday’s regular meeting in a workshop to consider the possible implementation of a property tax freeze for those homeowners age 65 and older.Also during Tuesday’s meeting, council members said no to an interlocal agreement with the city of Lampasas for fire marshal services.
