A house fire in Adamsville Thursday night has been attributed to a lightning strike.
A bolt of lightning struck an antennae fixture on a home on Private Road 3803 in the Blakely Road subdivision, leading to a small fire that was extinguished before first responders arrived, Adamsville Volunteer Fire Chief Dean Watson said.
